I ordered a product from Hypen ( order id HYP******** )and the expected delivery date was * May ****. However, the order has still not been delivered and there has been no proper update from the company or courier partner.
Despite contacting support, I have not received a clear resolution. I request either immediate delivery of the product or a full refund for the order amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
