Subject: Complaint against AuraDerm and Shadowfax for non-delivery, false refund assurance, and unprofessional behaviour

I would like to raise a complaint against AuraDerm and their delivery partner Shadowfax for deficient service, non-delivery of my order, and failure to provide a promised refund.

I placed an order with AuraDerm on **th March (Order ID: AD*********), which was assigned to Shadowfax for delivery (Tracking ID: SF**********VFL). However, the order was never delivered to me.

The delivery agent behaved in a highly unprofessional and rude manner and refused to deliver the product. Following this, I contacted AuraDerm multiple times, and I was assured that a refund would be processed. Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, the refund has still not been issued.

Key issues:

Order not delivered despite multiple attempts
Rude and uncooperative behaviour from the delivery agent
False assurances of refund with no action taken
Lack of accountability and proper response from both AuraDerm and Shadowfax

I have already paid ₹**** for this order and have neither received the product nor the refund, which is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and mental stress.

My Expectations:

Immediate refund of ₹****
Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused
Written explanation for the delivery failure and agent misconduct
Accountability and appropriate action against the concerned delivery personnel

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through the Consumer Forum and other legal channels.

I request Voxya to intervene and help resolve this matter at the earliest.
