I order a parcel on *th of April delivery partner marked the order as delivered but he had not delivered anything after raising this complaint to zepto they formally informed me that i will get my refund in * to * workings days and today is **th of april i haven't got my refund they don't have any call number or helpline to get connected i am continuously mailing them but their revert is always same that i will get my refund in * to * working days please help me with this it is not about the money it about the fraud they are doing with the people i am sure there has been so many complaint of the people that were being unanswered and zepto is making money out of it
