I have purchased radio for my reselling business. I have make the payment of **,*** via Gpay. After payment he is not responding anymore. Phn no is switch off and no longer available. This is my *nd time order from him. Last order also * pcs of due radio is also not yet delivered. So total due amount is **,***. He have to delivered me total ** Pcs of bluetooth usb radio.I have found him through IndiaMART. I have also lodge a complain with IndiaMART on **th of March. Ticket ID ********. But I am not getting any proper response. It's saying it will fix soon but not getting any progress response. I need help to either refund the money or deliver my due parcels. His phn no also no longer reachable. Please take necessary actions.
