I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the non-delivery of my order placed on March * for a Vega helmet.
As per the tracking details, the shipment has already reached Kannur; however, it has not been delivered to me even after a significant delay. I have contacted their customer care, and I was informed that the product is “in transit,” which is unacceptable considering it has already arrived at the destination city.
This delay has caused considerable inconvenience, as I have been waiting for more than ** days without any proper update or delivery attempt. Such service is highly disappointing.
I request you to take immediate action and ensure:
Delivery of my order within **–** hours, OR
Initiation of a full refund without further delay.
