I, Bejjarapu Dhanush, resident of *, *, Near Kirana Store, Osmania University, **-**-**/A, Vadderabasti, Manikeshwari Nagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Telangana ******, India, am filing this complaint against Zepto Marketplace Private Limited for wrongful marking of my order as delivered when the items were never received.�

Despite the order being marked as "delivered" in the Zepto app, no delivery person arrived at my address, and the items have not been received. I have not signed for any package, and there is no evidence of delivery such as OTP confirmation or photo proof. This violates Zepto's delivery policy and constitutes a deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
I demand the following resolution within * days:Full refund of ₹***.** to my original payment method.Investigation into the erroneous delivery status and action against the responsible delivery personnel or seller.A written apology and confirmation that such errors will be prevented.I have attached the tax invoice (zepto_invoice_***cf*b*-dda*-*b**-*ffe-b**e**bba***_*************_*.pdf) and screenshots of the Zepto app showing the false "delivered" status as evidence. Please escalate this to Zepto (support@zeptonow.com) and the seller Geddit Convenience Private Limited immediately. Failure to resolve will compel me to approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, and file an RTI for delivery records.
