I have purchased F&D ***X *.* channel bluetooth multimedia speakers (black) from vlebaazar website for an amount of ****INR. On */**/**** The status of my order was "Processing" . There is no updates regarding my order, still my order is not yet dispatched, no information about shipped, no information about delivery. i mailed to vlebazaar website but no response from their side, later i message to their customer service WhatsApp number they told me that.Your order is currently being processed. We apologize for the delay and kindly request you to allow us an additional * to * days . If the order is not completed within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. I was waiting for my order and again there is no updates from vlebaazar, i again messaged them they told me the same reason they need additional * to * days. I searched online and found on Quora, youtube that many people reported having similar problems with this website and that they were a fraud, scam and people lose their money and they don't received their order. I don't trust them to refund my money ever, I think they only try to delay the matter so I don't want to wait longer, I am seeking help from Voxya to resolve this issue quickly.
