My friend and I ordered brownies and chocolates almost two weeks ago, but they still haven’t been delivered. We tried contacting them through their WhatsApp number, but there has been no response at all.On my order, the status has been showing “on the way” for the past week, while my friend’s order still shows that it hasn’t even been picked up by a delivery partner.
We purchased protein bars and chocolates worth ₹*** each during their special offer day which was on **th feb. It is now *st March, and we have neither received the products nor any proper update from the seller.
We are disappointed with the lack of communication and delay.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
