Shri Tirupati Courier Services Pvt Ltd - Package not delivered

I am writing to express my concern regarding the unexpected delay in my parcel delivery.
The parcel was dispatched from Ahmedabad to Indore five days ago. Under normal circumstances, even surface transport between these two cities should not take this long. In fact, if sent via bus courier, it typically reaches overnight.

However, it has already been five days, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, I have been informed that the parcel has been routed to Mumbai before being sent to Indore. This routing is highly illogical and has caused unnecessary delay.

This parcel is extremely urgent and contains valuable items that have cost me a significant amount. The delay is causing inconvenience and concern.

Please treat this matter as urgent and ensure immediate resolution. I look forward to your prompt response.
