Meesho - Package not delivered

I had ordered * different pattern sarees from MANPASAND ONLINE STORE from meesho app
The delivery guy had come for delivery when I was at office so I had requested him to deliver it to our neighbors house.
I had asked him that there should be * different parcels to be received but he said no there is only * with him the others should be with some different delivery guys so I had given him the otp and after that I saw after some time that all the * were shown delivered.
I came back home and checked the parcel and got to know that it was only * saree instead of * so I had raised a complaint immediately on meesho call request, they guided me through the steps for raising a return request which I followed exactly.
Today I saw it is showing that the return or refund is cancelled due to fair use policy. I spoke with the team again but they said they are unable to help me as it is a system generated pop up and they have no idea about that.
Please help me in getting the things which I had ordered or the refund for the same.
