I ordered a chocolate from the above mentioned company. My order was a prepaid order. After i placed my order, they sent me an email which said you payment is done. But after that they didn't sent any mails regarding the shipping or the tracking details of the order. I tried reaching them through WhatsApp and phone calls but got no response from them. They have scammed me and i need my money back. My order id is #*****.
