Hi team,
I hope you are doing good.
My issue is regarding the Vibecity online shopping application where I had placed * orders on Jan *th ****, however the order status is still in 'waiting for confirmation' status.
I haven't received the orders yet and when I try to contact their customer care service there is no proper link for me to chat or reach out to them via email. I have been patiently waiting for the status to get updated and receive my order but there is no response yet. I haven't received the orders yet.
My amount of **** was debited for these shopping * orders. This is huge amount and I need help in getting the amount to be refunded.
Please help me a way to get my money back or get the orders delivered to me.
Your help would be highly appreciated. Thank you so.much.
