I have ordered ** item including free gift on **dec from smytten app....but on ** dec In the app its shown you order is delivered... But I didn't recived any call...and I didn't recived any order... I hv checked with my neighbour and family member also... Then I raised a ticket on their app fro that *-* days their no action on it and ticket get closed saying within ** days we can solve it. Then I rated app on google play n gave my feedback what happened and all then I received order from them pls edit that review ur concerns will get solve... Today it been ** th days but I didn't recived any update from them..... So I need refund from them
