I am writing to formally complain regarding Order No: DS****/****-**, placed on December **, ****. Despite a prepaid payment of INR *,***.** being successfully processed , the product has not yet been delivered to my shipping address at Santhigiri Boys Hostel in Kerala. I have received no shipping updates or tracking information from the seller, Sounce Retail Private Limited, since the invoice (No: INVSOUB***) was issued. Furthermore, I have sent multiple emails requesting a formal cancellation of the order and a full refund of the amount paid, but I have received no response to date. I request an immediate resolution and the processing of my refund of One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Nine Rupees as per the terms of this transaction.
