Ordered their product called Madhavprash one month supply and made a payment of Rs *** via UPI on ** Nov ****. Also received email confirmation about shipment in * days. It's ** days and the product not delivered. Their courier agency Shiprocket kept sending mails that delivery is delayed due to vehicle breakdown, traffic etc ad finally updated that the area is unserviceable. My location is at zero stone of Pune and within * minutes walk from Pune Station. Made at least ** calls to their customer support but they didn't give any satisfactory answer nor solved the issue.
