Casefactory - Package not delivered

So I ordered phone cases for my friend as she got a new phone. I browsed through and found casefactory on Instagram. They had a buy * pay for * offer. I fell for it and ordered prepaid. I received an email and tracking status would be sent once dispatched. Mind you these are not custom designed but one from their site. Out of curiosity the next day I tried checking on their site but it doesn’t seem to work properly. So after a quick search on reddit I found that they scam people. So here I am asking for help. Thank you in advance.
