My order has been delayed for over two months, with no clear reasons provided.
There has been no genuine response from customer support despite several emails and messages. All I receive are automated or fabricated replies stating “your order will be dispatched soon,” but nothing happens.
I had received a tracking ID, but the shipping partner states that the company itself has not provided the product.
Attempts to contact the company via its official channels have failed; they do not respond to emails or provide genuine support.
My refund request has been completely ignored, and no resolution has been offered.
