I had ordered * of their zero sugar brownies on **th Sep ****. As per their website the order was supposed to be shipped within *-** business days. It has not been shipped yet (** Oct ****).
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
