Complaint Title:
Product not delivered – Sirphire.com Order ID ******
Complaint Details:
> I ordered a phone case from Sirphire.com on ** September **** (Order ID: ******) and paid through Google Pay (UPI).
The expected delivery date was ** September, but the order has still not been dispatched.
Tracking shows “Shipment not received from client” since day one.
I have emailed and messaged the company multiple times, but they only say “We will deliver soon” without any real update or refund.
I request a full refund and appropriate action against the company for delay and poor service.
Relief Sought:
Full refund of amount paid
Action against the seller for non-delivery
