Rahul Chauhan filed complaint against DITCH THE GUILT on Sep 30, 2025
I placed an order with Ditch the Guilt (Order #*****) on **th September, and the website clearly stated that orders are shipped within * days. It's now well past that timeframe, and I haven't received any shipping update or tracking information.
What’s more frustrating is that there’s been no response from their team, and I can’t find any clear way to contact them. I've checked their website, email, and social media no replies and no support.
Has anyone else faced this issue recently? If anyone from the Ditch the Guilt team is reading this, please look into this urgently.
This is very disappointing, especially from a brand that seems to position itself as trustworthy.
