Nature of Complaint:

The courier partner of eMedicalWala has falsely marked my order as “DELIVERED” on **th July ****.

In reality, no delivery was made. I have not received the package.

The parcel reached Jaipur facility on **th July **** but delivery was delayed by * days.

On **th July, when the courier called me, I informed him that due to the unnecessary delay, I had already left Jaipur and asked him to return the parcel.

I also received a cancellation OTP from the courier, which I shared with them to confirm return. I even shared screenshots of this cancellation OTP multiple times during my follow-up complaints with eMedicalWala.

Despite this, the system fraudulently shows the package as “DELIVERED”, which is absolutely incorrect.

I followed up repeatedly with the company via WhatsApp, but till date, no refund has been provided.
