I got scammed from a website named Ditch The Guilt which is located in Sewri , Mumbai , Maharashtra. On **th of August I placed an order for chocolates worth amount of ₹*** which I had paid online so basically it was a prepaid order. Then the team sent an message saying your order is being processed and will be shipped within * days. But after that there is no response from their side since so many days, I messaged them on Wp & Instagram , mailed them also & even called them repeatedly but the phone is ringing & then the call ends saying the number you have dialed does not exist. I did so many times but there has been no response. So now I'm unable to figure out what to do they are not even refunding my money back as I said many times in message. Pls look into this matter ASAP. My order no is #***** .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
