I placed an order on **/**/****, but the package has not been delivered to me yet. I have been waiting for several days, and there has been no proper update on the delivery status.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and provide me with an update regarding my order. I request you to either arrange immediate delivery of my package or process a refund if delivery is not possible.
