Vle Bazaar Pvt Ltd - Package not delivered

I am filing this complaint against VLEBazaar.com regarding the non-delivery of a product and misleading post-sale communication.

I placed an order for a glucometer on **th May **** through their website and paid Rs. **** in full. As per their stated policy, the product was to be dispatched within *–* days. However, it has been over ** days, and I have not received the product, nor any valid update on the order.

Repeated attempts to contact their customer care have failed—calls go unanswered, and no proper support is provided. On contacting their team, I was falsely informed that the product is both “under processing” and “already delivered,” which clearly reflects contradictory and misleading behavior.

This delay and lack of response have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hereby request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly take cognizance of the matter and direct VLEBazaar.com to issue a full refund of Rs. **** and take necessary action against their unprofessional conduct.
