Dentalkart - Package not delivered

I had ordered * items from dentalkart on **th Mar , expected delivery date was **th March.
I wanted those items in urgent, my patients were appointed, but its * apr now ...i have been trying to explain customer care also since * week but everytime they assure me to deliver the parcel within **hrs...but not delivered yet.
And they are not even cancelling my order now ...its prepaid
