Inditab - Package not delivered

I have sent the pan application to Inditab since **/September/****
But they didn't do anything whenever i tried to call them they cut a call suddenly if i tryna tell them about my problem thier executive cut a call that's the reason i do not trust Inditab
I demand a refund if is there any way
