Ecom express delivery - Package not delivered

I ordered a book on **/**/**** and the delivery company send a messagge. To delivered the. Parcel to me on **/**/** and in the evening there. Is a message. In which it is said that we are sorry to say that you are not contactable.
The next day again message. Came and same things happened
And on the third day samme. Things. Repeated
The DC of nearby courier service cannot answer my calls he cut my calls again and. Again and don't call me back
Today is **/**/**** and until today I have not received my order or any refund .
I am mentally disturbed due to the his things I cannot focus my other work .
