Not got the product yet for a bulk order, said they will send the dispatch number but have not received it. They are ignoring my calls and messages and I am in a state of distress as we had placed the order for a uniform for a program

Placed an order on **th November ****.They told that will dispatched after ** days. Still now. Not getting me order. Some times they rply on chat. No calls are attended.
