Dental kart - Package not delivered

I ordered few products from dental kart which was supposed to get delivered on */**/**** which didn’t as I didn’t receive any OTP which was asked by the delivery agent. I tried for a reattempt of my delivery * times and the same thing happened, didn’t receive any OTP or any call regarding my delivery but received texts saying that I refused to accept the order. They have been displaying these false claims on the app as well. I tried to contact the customer support and they assured me every time but I am not convinced at all. It’s really frustrating as they have been doing and saying the exact same things every time which has been of no help.
