The professional courier sholavandhan - Package not delivered

I ordered my routine medicine in my hospital located at theni.They sent my medicine via professional courier at *th june.As i confirmed at theni courier office i was arrived to sholavandhan at *th june. But the courier person didn't deliver my medicine till **th june. When this evening i approached sholavandhan professional courier they have the package and no one here to deliver my package and they said don't sent any packages through my courier office it was not deliver to you with arrogant tone. My package was fully damaged and my medicines are contaminated with one to another.
