I had ordered a t-shirt on **/**/**** but it still not delivered. Even asking to refund my money back but they are not doing this also. Costumer care doesn't respond properly. Every time I sent a mail to cancel my order they reply us with that the order will be delivered by last week of that month. This is going for about * months.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
