My friend sent a parcel using their newly launched parcel service; however, the delivery guy never delivered the parcel to me. He called my friend after * hour, stating he would not be able to deliver it due to personal reasons and would return the parcel. Unfortunately, we never heard back from him, and he is not responding to our calls. I am still trying to connect with the Rapido team, but there has been no response from their end.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
