I had ordered a product from chikari and wanted to return it. Firstly they refused to return and said product can be exchanged and not returned whereas on their site it’s mentioned that product can be returned. Then they charged for return pickup and after that a coupon code was issued to me. I ordered exchanged product with the coupon code provided but the exchanged product never got delivered to me. Inspite of following up on the contact details provided on site since so many days. Neither the product has been delivered to me nor my money has been refunded till date. Kindly help me as this site is a total fraud and they are just cheating people.
