My Parcel was supposed to be delivered on *rd Nov ****.
The parcel already arrived at Secunderabad office however, the DELIVERY EXECUTIVE DID NOT REACH OUT TO ME AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME.

When I tried to check about my parcel, the executive was cery unprofessional and rude. she denied assistance and till date I have not received my Product.
When I call customer care, no one is responding to my call. I want to take action on this unprofessional behaviour and poor experience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
