Aldo - Package not delivered

I had placed an order of Aldo LEGOIRI*** Black Solid Satchel Bag worth ***** which was supposed to be delivered by **th of October and has still not been delivered. Every time I talk to a nykaa executive they say that the order will be delivered in next **-** hrs and they have been saying this for more than a week now. I want the refund of the amount to the source of payment as I can't wait for the order anymore.
