This is the one of the worst experience I ever had with DTDC, this is regarding tracking number B******** which i sent from Bangalore to Ron, I paid ₹*** to deliver to home, however on ** Aug DTDC delivery boy came till Ron bus stop and he called my brother and asked to come to bus stop and collect packet, if he won’t come to collect the packet he will return back packet to Bangalore, he was very rude and was not properly spoke with consignee,
i am chasing DTDC customer care from **st Aug however till date package is not delivered and they are giving misinformation saying consignee is agreed to come and collect package from DTDC office but he never agreed to self collect
