Casio India shop - Package not delivered

Dear Sir,
I have ordered watch on **.**.**** of *k from casioindiaonlineshop website.It has been a month but still no communication has been made from from Casio.I have been trying to call but support number given never connect.
Also lodged several complaints to you but standard reply is given that it's a prelaunch watch and it will take time.
The website is giving misleading information about the delivery dates.Therefore, I feel cheated by your fradulent activities and I am in process to file complaint before consumer court whose copy is attached herewith.
Please revert the mail.
