I wanted to send flowers and chocolates to my friend today (**/**/****) so i ordered a Mixed Roses bouquet and * Kitkat each ** grams with gift wrapping total worth Rs *** with delivery charges . But then i got a call from their end and saying that the address is not serviceable so they are canceling the order and amount will be credited in my source account. But they didn't even canceled the order .so i called again then he was telling that a sms will be send and from that i can get my money but he didn't do anything. Please help.
