Delta Logistic Services - Package not delivered

The tracking number is ********. They took **.* lakh rupees in the name of customs clearance and money exchange because in my parcel there were ***** euros. Even after paying this amount they were asking more *.* lac rupees and when I denied to pay them they simply said that my parcel and money both will go to Indian govt properties and now the agent who called me from delta courier his number is switched off. I tried contacting delta courier office in Delhi but the numbers which are mentioned on google are all wrong numbers. Please help. The parcel was coming from Germany to Agra.
