This Insta internet store scammed me.I placed an order for two items from them two months ago and waited a month because they said the dispatch would happen in ** days.When I followed up with them two weeks ago but didn't hear back, I sent several more messages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and by phone.They have blocked my accounts on Facebook and Instagram . I'm curious as to why people choose to act in this manner rather than responding appropriately. I lost **** rupees, but I want to draw attention to the really terrible customer support instead than the financial loss.If any of you encountered a similar problem with THAMEHA DESIGNS, kindly let me know and describe what you did.
