I ordered multiple times with same product but not delivered/response...

WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE...
Hi Team,
Please check and update on my last order with amount of *** rs. The actual delivery date is **st Jun but as of now not delivered and Yesterday I haven't received any call from delivery person but status was wrongly updated. Why the so much delay? Even I paid before and Im facing the same issue every time when I ordering the product. I already lot of complaints this time and early product as well. No one take appropriate action and not provide the proper solution to avoid the same issues on my next order.
Coming to the point this product delivery issue,
*. I raised the complaint on **nd Jun regarding this issue but no one take action on this complaint just still progressing status as confirmed by your customer support team. Then why we are raising this compliant and why you not take any action on this issue. I escalated the delivery team to you but you not take any action to them mean then what is the customer support providing to the customer's.
*. I had requested to call arrange today and I received the call from one of your team (his name is Dharanya) but she is providing answer seems like not properly. If I ask one question she replied another answer and not understanding my query. And finally I'm finally requested to her transfer my call to supervisor or someone but she put on hold my call more than ** mins and disconnected my call without my confirmation. So again I arrange a call back and spoke with another person ( his name is Kalpana) facing the same problem and disconnected my call. So what action will be take on them.
Finally advise the below point:
*.WHY THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERED EVEN DELIVERY DATE COMPLETED?
*. WHAT IS STATUS OF MY COMPLIANT WHICH I REGISTERED ON **nd Jun.
*. WHAT ACTION WILL TAKE FOR THOSE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE PERSONS(DHARANYA AND KALPANA)
*. WHY ALWAYS FACING THE ISSUE ON EVERY PRODUCT.
I NEED ANSWER FOR EVERY POINT AS MENTIONED ABOVE NOT LIKE JUST SINGLE LINE OR THIS PRODUCT DELIVERY ISSUES ONLY.
I have sent email as well regarding this issue but not response from them
