I had ordered my product * weeks ago and they said they will be delivering it within * days and till now my product has not been delivered and they are not giving any response on my email since I ordered it

Lensfit Com – Payment detected but order not placed LensfitClosed
I have trying to buy eyeglasses and the money is detected from my account but order not placed, I have evidence of payment (email and bank account statement). Please help me. Thank you
