Smrutikavya - Package not delivered

I have ordered a dress from SmrutiKavya Instagram profile. She asked me to pay rupees **** via Gpay and I paid on the same date and shared her the screen shot after sharing the screen shot she replied that product will be delivered by May *st. When again I asked her to share the tracking details on April **th she immediately blocked my number from Mobile, Gpay, Whats app & Instagram. Please help me in getting my amount back. I am mentally upset on her behaviour and I need my money back. Kindly trace her mobile number or her Instagram ID (smrutikavya) via her IP address and take necessary action against her so that she will not cheat anyone else.
