XPRESS-BEES - Package not delivered

I have ordered a Reebok flip flops on Jabong worth *** INR (AWB:**************), one week has been crossed from the date of delivery and on **st November ****, it showed that the product was received but no product was delivered. I have registered complaint at both Jabong and Xpressbees ( the courier service) but there is no action taken by them. Please help me.
