Pickrr Technologies - Package Not Delivered

I have placed an order and it's supposed to be delivered by Pickkr through Bluedart and the shipment deliverey date is extending week per week. There is a Bluedart AWB no. *********** and when I contacted Bludart they informed that the package is still pending with Pickkr and they have not handed over the package. This is a sheer fraud and bad customer service provided by them. I need my product or refund.
