Hi,
I am writing this email to escalate the matter to you for my order not received yet .

Whenever I am checking the order it is showing that it is out for delivery but I am not recieving any call from them ,wherein there are giving the message that my phone is not reachable, so please let the area hub know the or else I need escalate it to social media for a fake service running in India that is Ekart.
