The package did not receive so as per the rules I have open a dispute but they are rejecting and fund release to the seller. They said invalid proof but in courier tracking page it says transit but in last * months I didn't receive my package and they didn't provide proper courier details also.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
