Swapkri Collections - Package not delivered

I've ordered worth **** and paid through Paytm as well. But once d payment was done I asked them the receipt of the courier but did not get any reverts. It's been more than ** days I paid them. When asked for the same day they don't reply to my messages. All they have to say my area is a remote area. But its lie because I get the parcel from all the places. When asked for the pic they showed me a pic where P.*.D was for Jan ** although I gave the order in Feb. It was a complete lie and when I asked about it they didn't revert back. They are big cheaters and fraud.
