I received email on the day of order placement i.e. on **th of march **** .The email said that the order has been placed and payment was made of ₹*** and tracking id was provided but after few days the tracking was just showing that the order has been shipped....after ** days of placing an order with inkmesilly the order has still not been delivered.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
