I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with your courier services. I sent a package on **-**-****, with tracking number KNL******, which was expected to be delivered within *-* business days. However, it has now been more than ** days since the package was dispatched, and it has yet to be received by the intended recipient.
Despite my repeated attempts to track the package through your online system and contact your customer service team, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. It is unacceptable that a package sent through a professional courier service should be delayed for such a long period without any clear explanation or effort to rectify the situation.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action to locate and deliver my package without any further delay. If you are unable to do so, I demand that you provide a full refund of the shipping fees and compensation for the inconvenience and loss caused by this delay.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of reliability and accountability from a professional courier service, and I am deeply disappointed that you have failed to meet these expectations. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take prompt action to address it.
